In April 2026, I spent an inspiring week at Fame’s Studio in Skopje, collaborating with Amsterdam-based composer Tibor Mercks alongside an outstanding team of composers, musicians, and recording professionals. Across the week, I recorded three original film music works in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. What stood out most was the shared energy and commitment throughout the sessions - everyone worked with remarkable focus, flexibility, and musical openness. Working closely with Tibor and experiencing the recording process at Fame’s Studio was both rewarding and thought-provoking. It was a valuable reminder of how musical ideas continue to evolve through collaboration, communication, and the unique dynamics of studio performance. Also, many thanks to Fame’s Project team, And Other Duties, Conservatorium van Amsterdam and all the wonderful musicians involved for such a memorable experience.
